Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)

The LIMS is an IS09001-compliant system that performs integrated control and operation
system, from order receipt entry to report writing, with the use of computer networks,
it deals with a large number of samples in a speedy and precise manner.
It also supports e-mail distribution to customers and realizes customer request with higher satisfaction through appropriate delivery management system

Within the category of trace environmental analysis, there is a significant difference in hardware and software requirements between parts-per-million (PPM)-level analysis and parts-per-triton (PPD-level analysis, The Centra1 Laboratory was set up to specialize in ultra trace analysis of dioxins and endocrine disruptors to respond to diverse requests from customers.
The laboratory is split into severa1 zones, and each zone is assigned to a specific testing category. In each testing room, the air pressure is controlled and clean room equipment installed to prevent cross-contamination within the laboratory premises. Building materials are completely free of the chemical substances subject to measurement. Meticulous care is taken to ensure an ideal environment for performing analysis, In addition, the Central Laboratory is actively working to develop new measuring technologies, including methods for measuring hazardous substances contained in materials, such as for analysis of RoHS substances and analysis of cadmium in resin materials, and new measuring methods using biotechnology.

The results of our research have been commercialized, including our analysis of mustard gas and other toxic gases, identification of fish species and beef gender by means of DNA analysis, and aero logical measurement.
